Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice

The Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice is the second stage of academic training to become a Licensed Conveyancer. The qualification is made up of a total of three units.

During the programme you will learn how to deal with legal matters which arise from the transfer of ownership of land or property, as well as how to provide legal advice to buyers and sellers of property, lending institutions and other interested parties.

How is the course delivered?

The course is delivered via blended learning, video conference calls, e mail support, and telephone call slots if required, each student has full support of personal tutors, all of whom hold professional legal qualifications and have been in practice.

How are the Level 6 units assessed?

The units are assessed by way of open book written examination.

How long is the course?

The course can take between 15-18 months to complete depending on the individual learner and their existing qualifications and experience of the sector.

How much does the course cost?

£2480.00 by paying this in full you will save £100 instalment fees. If you wish to pay in instalments the deposit would be £186 with 14 monthly payments of £171.

You can study single units, the cost per unit is £871.00 if pay in full you will save £50 if you wish to pay in instalments the deposit is £231.00 with three monthly payments of £230.
