AMSPAR Medical Administration Level 3 Diploma for Medical Administrators

Medical administrators, ward clerks and receptionists hold a very important role within a health care environment. They are part of the ‘front line’ staff and often the first port of call for patient and relative enquiries, either by telephone or in person. Because of this, they provide the patients and their representatives with the first impression of the organisation. It is therefore vital to have a helpful and sympathetic attitude, in order to inspire confidence and dispel any fears and anxieties.

The courses we deliver are designed to prepare you for liaising with all types of colleagues and medical professionals. The medical administrator or receptionist can choose to work within general practice, hospitals, clinics or private practice.
